This is part of the Dubai Festival, they have all kinds of shows. They had a Mexican band in this massive mall called City Center. To me it pretty much sounded like "Burrito.. Burrito.." which made me hungry, so I ended up have Chilli's (American style food, Texan to be specific).

Just like many malls in Dubai, they screened the soccer world cup matches for free, so the place would get packed hours before the match statrs to get a good spot in a cafe that's right infront of the screen.

This is one of the many massive malls in Dubai, it's called Bur Juman. If you have been to Westfield (aka Queensgate) in Lower Hutt, this is like 5 times bigger.

There were a number of jet boats gathered in this region, pretty much showing off their skills. There's no such thing as safety measures, you can ask one of the guys to give you a ride around, no belts, no life jackets.

All Emirates flights have a screen per seat, regardless if you're in First, Business or Economy class. All seats have Video on Demand, using the touch screen you can select from a huge list of movies, classics, new, comdey, cartoons, TV series (friends, The Simpons, Family Guy), lots of music albums, radio stations, video games, etc... you can control everything using the touch screen, rewind videos, pause them, etc... it's pretty cool.
